Verona Lacrosse Club is sponsoring Learn-to-Play and Skills Development clinics for youth boys and girls in grades 1-8.
Sessions are 1.5 hours for two consecutive days.
Lacrosse combines the game of hockey, basketball, and soccer all in one ... and it is the fastest game on two feet.
This fast paced game requires a blend of speed, athleticism, strength, and intelligence.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Girls & Boys in grades 1-8 interested in the sport of lacrosse.
Girls Clinic Lead Instructor: Jay Herman, Youth Girls Director and current G11 coach

SESSION 1: Learn To Play ($50)
(no experience necessary).

SESSION 2: Improve Your Skills ($25)
(some experience required)

Participants will receive a new lacrosse stick and ball.
Participants will learn the basics of the game, as well as the
fundamentals of passing and catching.
Participants should bring a mouthguard and wear comfortable clothes and gym shoes.

Participants will improve their skills to be better prepared for the spring season.
Participants should provide own lacrosse stick and full gear.
If that is not possible, please indicate specific
needs in the registration process. Participants should bring
